How to load custom cars?

A few simple steps:

1. In order for custom cars to start appearing in the game, open the "config.cfg" file in the "Config" folder and add the "set_loadingcustomcars" command.

2. Create a "Customs" folder if you don't have one. Then create another one in it called "Cars". Next, you upload all custom cars to this folder.
